Richard provided additional services not included in his commission (rarely seen these days ) Richard was always available for discussions ,suggestions etc ,and new initiatives. We have used a dozen agents over the years (Sydney, central coast ,Lismore ,gold coast)and in our experience Richard is the best agent we ever dealt with.
